Program Objective: Improve power, increase strength, build aerobic capacity.
Science: Each day will include a power block and strength block to elicit explosiveness and improve your ability to produce maximal force as well as an EMOM or AMRAP finisher to improve your aerobic capacity while still building muscle.

With over 20000 training hours, it's easy to say that Kirk (CPT, PES, CGFI) has a passion for coaching and helping others realize their true potential in and out of the gym. Kirk has professional experience with multiple avenues in the fitness industry including specialized 1 on 1 training, small group training, online coaching, instructing Spin, Yoga, HIIT and many other group fitness classes. He has worked with clients ranging from Division 1 athletes to retired fitness enthusiasts just looking to stay healthy. His specialties include muscle building, strength building, weight loss/leaning out and energy system development. As an ex competitive triathlete, he has also helped coach many clients through their first 5k/10k/half marathon and several triathlons. Kirk believes in a challenging, but fun approach to fitness and that learning to stay consistent and positive is key.
