Primal Functional Strength (PFS) 1.0 is for anyone looking to get more fit, stronger, and increase their athletic ability. This 12-week program is broken up into two 6-week phases that will focus on maximizing your strength levels, increase cardiovascular endurance, help you gain muscle, and help you decrease body composition. After the 6-week phase 1 is complete, the next 6-week phase 2 will automatically start and upload into your account.

Every 4 weeks the program will slightly change and will become progressively harder. It's very important that you follow the program completely to get the best results. However, in order to maximize results, make sure you have a solid nutrition program that will help fuel your body during this 12-week program.

Coach Joshua Pavon, is an accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, Fitness and Movement Specialist, and the CEO/Founder of Eyes Up Performance. He has over 10 years of experience working with various clientele such as: high school, collegiate, professional athletes, military personnel, fitness enthusiast, executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs. As a former athlete, Joshua understands the importance of using training disciplines to help keep ones' body more resilient, stronger, and functional for the game of life. He specializes in coaching Middle-Age Men, 30-55 years of age. He helps men decrease chances of injury, improve movement capabilities, while also creating simple nutrition strategies that will ultimately lead to a happier more sustainable lifestyle. Joshua’s motto is simple, “Become 1% Better Everyday” He believes that in order to accomplish any goal in life, one must consistently make daily changes, in the right direction, in order to achieve the level of success and results they want. When Joshua is not coaching, he enjoys traveling, reading, mountain biking, playing basketball, and spending time with his family and dog.
