8 Week Women's Shape Up (First 4 Weeks) 00This is a comprehensive 8-Week online program for women! This will include strength, conditioning, core work and much more! This is not a typical "challenge." My goal is not to create a program that is not sustainable after the program is over. You do not need to wake up at 3 am to do it, and you should not be depriving yourself of the foods you want. This is to build healthy habits and make positive changes, mostly psychological.

We will not be breaking work outs down by body part, but by movement patterns. Do not be surprised if we hit lower body two days in a row. It is all apart of the madness! Let's do work!
